Terms of Service
By creating an account or using OREON (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto-asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, referrals, or promotions. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
3. The game & in-game items
Rigs, ORE, Cores and Energy are in-game items with no guaranteed monetary value. Game mechanics, rates, prices and the ORE↔cash exchange rate may change at any time to keep the economy balanced.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits are credited after on-chain confirmation. Send only the selected asset to the given address — wrong-network transfers may be unrecoverable. Withdrawals are reviewed before payout and may require identity verification (see AML & KYC).
5. Prohibited use
No fraud, money laundering, bots, exploits, or use from sanctioned jurisdictions. We may freeze funds linked to illicit activity.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, OREON is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from blockchain networks, price movements, or events beyond our control.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
